About Threelac
Threelac was 'discovered' by a Japanese pharmaceutical company whilst carrying out trials on the effect of certain probiotic bacteria on hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol).  The effect of probiotics on cholesterol levels in well documented and simple search for 'probiotic+cholesterol' should yield many results. The japanase trials showed that three types of lactic acid producing bacteria outperformed others tested and these were incorporated into 3lac. An aggreement was entered into by Global Health Trax for distribution of the combination outside of Japan.

'The secret behind ThreeLac's effectiveness is the micro-encapsulation process that gets the live bacteria safely past the acidic environment in the stomach.  These oxygen-friendly bacteria go to work "dining" on anaerobic problem organisms that your body does not need. An added benefit is that it helps to balance the body's pH.

When you using Threelac for a candida management strategy or general health reasons, use common sense and avoid processed sweets. Eat your sweets "raw" and enjoy a good diet rich in nutritious foods.

Suggested Use:
If Threelac is taken to assist in an anti-candida regime it is adviseable to reduce both refined and natural sugars for the first two weeks of use. This would include fruit juices and alcohol as well. Natural sugars can gradually be added back later on to see what can be tolerated without inflaming candida, after candida has been brought into management.

Take ThreeLac right before you eat a meal. Let the packet dissolve in your mouth and follow immediately with 4-6 ounces of water. Then eat. Food acts as a buffer to assist ThreeLac in reaching the small intestine.

Start on one sachet per day for 10 days, then move to 2 sachets per day for the next 2 months.
You may experience detox reactions or a worsening of symptons in the first week or so so drink plenty of water. When you are satisfied reduce to a maintenance amount of one packet per day to maintain body pH.

Ingredients:
Bacillus Coagulans (200 million CFU), Bacillus Subtillis (25 million CFU), Enterococcus Faecalis (25 Million CFU), lemon Juice Powder, Refind Yeast Powder, Fibre.

(nutritional yeast - not a live yeast that can lead to fermentation, the yeast is included as a food source for the probiotic bacteria in threelac. Enterococcus Faecalis. The strain of Enterococcus Faecalis is a lactic acid producing bacteria from class of the type d - not to be confused with toxic strains.
